Goat Yoga
We have partnered with Flex Yoga Wooster and yoga instructors Daniel Starlin and Courtnie Michaelis-Reynolds to offer the first series of goat yoga!
What is Goat Yoga anyway? Well let's be honest, it's more about the goats than the yoga but when you combine baby goats with simple yoga poses, you'll experience a whole new level of relaxation! Spending time with animals is proven to reduce stress levels and increase serotonin and dopamine, your hormones that trigger happiness. So join us for one, or as many of our sessions as you'd like, for a fun filled afternoon spent with .. BABY GOATS! They'll climb on you, they'll nibble on you, they'll love on you.. and if you're special, they may even poo on you.
Your $30 pass will include a 60 minute all levels fun-filled flow with plenty of opportunities to take photos with the goats. Space is limited per session, so get yourself booked while you can. You will need to bring a mat or blanket and dress accordingly for the weather. Cancellations will be sent via text. Located just on the south side of Wooster, the address will be sent to you one week prior to your class.

Are you looking for a super fun activity to share with the ones that made you a mom? Join us Saturday, May 13th as we celebrate you for a very special Mother’s Day event. Featuring Blossom and Bee Stems, a local cut flower farm with the most beautiful arrangements, this 60-minute all levels class with baby GOATS, followed by 30 minutes to create your own bouquet is a unique experience that you and your littles will surely never forget!
